ibnM or ibn Mahmud — meaning "Son of Mahmud" — is a Legacy project that honours both heritage and innovation.
With experience ranging from bespoke residential homes to expansive Masterplans, ibnM excels in pushing the boundaries of what is possible, combining bold experimentation with elegant, timeless beauty.
At the heart of ibnM is the desire to craft enduring spaces that not only meet the needs of today but leave a lasting mark for the future.
Hasan Al-Rashid
Hasan is a highly driven person who wants to use design as an influence to make a difference in society. After graduating from The AA, where he was awarded the Full Scholarship, he has amassed different levels of experience in concept development, design coordination and delivery across a range of design based competitions and projects. Hasan likes to seek innovative and experimental solutions to transform the initial project vision into a design that exceeds the needs of the client. This was recognised in 2023, when he was honoured to be promoted to one of the youngest associates in Foster + Partners’ history.
